I painted this initially as a anatomy study, but I really liked the composition and continued to push the painting further. I incorporated sacred geometry (specifically the flower of life), astronomy/space motifs, and a blossom to contrast the arms positioning. The painting follows the golden ratio, while denoting life and creation in patterns and subject matter.
