14-Day Free Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your painting, we offer a 14-day free return policy. Please read the details below to understand our return process and conditions.

Return Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your painting.
  2. Condition of the Painting: The painting must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations.
  3. Packaging: The painting should be returned in its original packaging or in packaging that provides similar protection to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
  4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided with your return.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jakelacour@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your painting. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the painting.
  3. Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you.
  4. Packaging and Shipping: Carefully repackage the painting and affix the prepaid shipping label. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
  5. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned painting, it will be inspected. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom paintings or commissions are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Paintings purchased on final sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at jakelacour@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
